I’m a passionate, professional coach, certified at the NeuroLeadership Institute by David Rock and at the Conscious Business International Center by Fred Kofman and coaching is the way I help people live a happier and more fulfilling life,
​I discovered coaching during my Corporate years, when I was a dynamic and insightful professional dealing with human resources management, learning and development.

When with my family we decided to take the challenge to live abroad as expatriates, I had a first-hand experience of what a powerful resource coaching can be. It can give you the “ability” to perform at your maximum and to live a more meaningful life, whatever circumstances and cultures you’re in…

WHAT I BRING TO COACHING

​A consolidate experience of 15+ yrs in HR in major ICT and Construction Companies, enables me to understand and navigate through the complexities of the work environment. Strong of my past job experience, I bring to coaching my knowledge of the organization’s processes and a lot of empathy, knowing how stressful and destabilizing can be a work environment.

Second, my intercultural college education, my international expertise and my first-hand experience as an expatriate, make me incredibly skilled at understanding and being successful in culturally sensitive situations, or dealing with multicultural teams and leaders.

Third, my training in neuroscience allows me to bring clarity and scientific meaning to every coaching session, providing my clients with additional tools to implement in their daily routine.
